Here, you’ll deliver structured repair and servicing directly to our members, right from their driveway to their workplace car park.

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

• Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
• Guaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime to boost your earnings, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• Structured Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What to Expect Daily

Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll carry out:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
• Vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
