What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be a vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the entire recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and collating candidate documents. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in HR!
Your Role Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Polaris brands, their culture, and work environment.
- Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
- Source candidates directly and liaise with them via phone and email.
- Set up interviews and ensure hiring managers have all necessary information.
- Provide candidates with feedback and maintain excellent customer service.
- Complete various administrative duties related to recruitment.
- Prepare documents for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR on the candidate onboarding process.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in a recruitment/HR role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of children's residential homes is a plus.
