As the main point of contact for your team, you'll ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Drive Operational Success: Be the hands-on leader ensuring your team is effectively executing daily operational plans.
• Coach and Support: Guide your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Conduct Audits: Take responsibility for CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Communicate Effectively: Be the champion of communication in your area, ensuring that key messages are delivered and understood.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
• Support Team Development: Oversee onboarding and performance management throughout the employee life cycle.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

1. Food Safety Champion

Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Ensure all team members follow correct procedures and promote a culture of safety.

2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience

Ensure guests are greeted with a friendly welcome and maintain a comfortable environment for families.

3. Coaching & Developing the Team

Provide on-shift coaching to help team members build confidence and capability.

4. Driving Sales & Spend Per Head

Encourage upselling and product recommendations to maximize revenue.

5. Good Stock Practices

Maintain strong stock control and ensure compliance with stock handling procedures.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to coach and support your team in achieving objectives.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Capable of supporting audit and observation activities.
• Guest-Facing Experience: Proven ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
• Sales Experience: A track record of generating new opportunities through promotions and initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) and will work flexibly across departments throughout the week. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
