As the main point of contact for your team, you’ll ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

• Coordinating team tasks to meet fluctuating guest demands.
• Covering accommodation primarily on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments as needed.
• Coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve key targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team meets all objectives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance across various departments.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Focus Areas

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support various venues, including:

Buffets

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.
• Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Ensure a friendly, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Coach the team on upselling and guest interactions.
• Monitor service flow and checkbacks for guest satisfaction.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly environment for guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Supervise team members and promote guest participation.
• Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills and a passion for coaching.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-facing experience.
• Experience in driving sales and managing multi-skilled teams.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Relevant qualifications for specific areas (e.g., NPQL for Splash).
