Are you ready to take the wheel and drive new business opportunities with globally recognized brands? At Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, we’re looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic P&G Pro team. Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Reporting to the Channel Leader, you will:

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, and food service.
  • Lead end-to-end tender processes and negotiate long-term national or multi-site agreements.
  • Build strong customer relationships to create long-term business plans and expand partnerships.
  • Develop and sell customer-relevant solutions leveraging the performance of P&G Professional brands.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners in the Food & Janitorial industries.
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and operations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced: Proven track record in complex commercial opportunities, including tenders and structured contract negotiations.
  • Proactive: Ability to identify and progress new opportunities in fast-paced environments.
  • Sector Savvy: Experience in hospitality, healthcare, food service, or leisure, ideally within non-food, hygiene, or chemical categories.
  • Credible: Strong engagement skills with stakeholders, turning customer needs into compelling proposals.
  • Organized: Excellent project management abilities to deliver high-quality results across multiple workstreams.
  • Commercially Minded: A proactive mindset with good commercial judgment.
  • Licensed: A valid UK driving license.
