Your Earnings Potential

Enjoy a competitive base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000. Plus, with our guaranteed overtime option, you can boost your base salary to £44,385 and explore additional overtime and bonus opportunities!

Work Schedule

Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and just 1 in 4 Saturdays!

Your Work Environment

You’ll be part of the Chesterfield cluster, covering areas like Chesterfield, Mansfield, Alfreton, Bolsover, Clay Cross, and Dronfield. Enjoy the freedom of working in your local area with a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work!

Daily Responsibilities

Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule. You’ll be responsible for:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
