Santander ISA Managers (SIM) is looking for an Investment Operations Advisor based out of Glasgow.

We've got an exciting opportunity for an Operations Advisor to join our Glasgow Investment team.

You'll be responsible for dealing with investment administration duties including data entry, processing transactions, and investigating complex queries.

  • Providing an excellent service and support to our customers.
  • Processing a high volume of transactions within tight deadlines, in accordance with procedures, standards and controls.
  • Prioritising your own workload, taking personal responsibility for own performance and put actions in place to deliver and meet customers' financial needs.
  • Operating cross functionally with telephony and operational process support to ensure key business objectives are achieved.
  • Ensuring data and information is captured accurately and robustness of records is maintained.

Professional Experience:
  • Experience using the Investment HUB (Preferred)


Languages:
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills (Preferred)


Hard Skills:
  • Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills (Preferred)


Soft Skills:
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload and meet deadlines (Required)
  • A team player with the ability to provide support and actively collaborate (Required)
  • A high attention to detail and ability to produce accurate data (Preferred)

Salary Range:
£25,158.00 - £33,544.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
