Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a SEN Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the national curriculum while addressing the complex SEMH needs of our pupils.
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviours.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
- Build positive relationships with your pupils to drive interaction and enhance learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possess a strong educational background at degree level.
- Have previous successful teaching experience.
- Bring experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
- Be skilled in behaviour management techniques.
- Be committed to your professional development and eager to learn.
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
