What Will You Do?

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting young people with their daily routines
  • Building positive relationships and becoming a trusted adult
  • Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
  • Ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

What We’re Looking For:

We value the right attitude and a willingness to learn over extensive experience. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel is required
  • A friendly demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
  • A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
