Your Role as a Teacher
We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in Science and Maths, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and engage students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your class.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens.
- Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven teaching experience, especially with children who have SEMH and ASC needs.
- A solid understanding of the national curriculum, particularly in Science and/or Maths.
- Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to teaching.
- Knowledge of therapeutic educational approaches and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
- A track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, term-time only position with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is permanent, offering a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £39,520.
