Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll be the driving force behind operational success, ensuring high standards and compliance across our vibrant resort.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Ensure daily operational plans are executed flawlessly.
  • Guide your team to meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Primarily oversee accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.

Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Be the hands-on leader, ensuring your team is effectively tackling key tasks.
  • Coach your team to achieve targets, such as retail upselling and promotions.
  • Conduct audits to maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
  • Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

Buffets

  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

  • Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
  • Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain strong stock control and compliance with brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Lead by example in food safety practices.
  • Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
  • Coach your team to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
