Your Role

We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our Bournemouth team. Each day will bring new challenges and rewards as you:

  • Support young people with their daily routines
  • Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
  • Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
  • Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but if this is your first role in this field, don’t worry! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel is required)
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
