Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members—right from their driveway to their workplace car park.

Your Earnings Potential

  • Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
  • Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Work Environment

You’ll be part of the Chesterfield cluster, covering areas like Chesterfield, Mansfield, Alfreton, Bolsover, Clay Cross, and Dronfield. Enjoy the freedom of working in your local area with a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work!

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, and you’ll be expected to:

  • Perform routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
  • Carry out in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
  • Provide member advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
  • Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
