Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you will:

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
  • Ensure our members receive quick, confident solutions and reassurance when they need it most.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Working Conditions

  • Your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit will be provided.
  • Work within the Walsall cluster, covering areas like Walsall, Aldridge, Brownhills, Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, and Sutton Coldfield.
