Location: Sheffield
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our projects, managing the commercial aspects and ensuring we deliver top-notch building solutions. You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of exciting refurbishment and building safety projects, typically ranging from £5m to £15m. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing project value while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage commercial resources and maximize project margins through effective contract placement and control.
- Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors and consultants, as well as place orders for materials and equipment.
- Identify, negotiate, and agree on project variations with customers and suppliers.
- Measure, value, and agree on work progress to support invoicing and payment processes.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You possess clear communication skills and have experience working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
- You hold relevant qualifications (a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable) and have experience in a similar role.
- You are organized, able to prioritize effectively, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- You are flexible, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- You are confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office, and are eager to embrace ongoing training and development.
