With over 30 years of experience, we have always placed the child at the heart of our mission. Our Integrated Service Programme ensures that children and foster parents receive the comprehensive support they need, including access to social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists.
Your Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Provide direct support to foster parents, managing a realistic caseload that allows for meaningful supervision.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions, monitoring practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments, planning, and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is:
- Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation in children’s services.
- Has a full driving license and unrestricted access to a car.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position that comes with the following benefits:
