Join our team in Deans, Livingston as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, offering an immediate start, consistent weekly hours, and a clear path to a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: £14.15 per hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week
• Overtime: Available to boost your earnings as business requires
• Contract Type: Temporary to permanent opportunity

⏱️ Shift Pattern & Hours

• Start Time: 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Roster: 5 days over 7 (working days vary weekly)
• Visibility: Full 6-week shift pattern rota provided in advance so you can plan your time

🎯 Requirements & Training

• Licence: Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• Expired Licences Welcome: We accept expired certificates! We provide a fully funded, one-day in-house refresher training course before you start.
• Traits: Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
