As the main point of contact for our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring the team is effectively executing key tasks and objectives.
  • Coach and support the team to achieve targets, such as retail upselling and add-on sales.
  • Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
  • Champion communication within your area, ensuring that key messages are effectively delivered.
  • Build strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
  • Support the people management tasks from onboarding to performance management.

Key Focus Areas Outside of Accommodation

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) by:

  • Championing Food Safety: Lead by example in applying food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Delivering a Warm, Welcoming Experience: Ensure every guest feels engaged and well looked after.
  • Coaching & Developing the Team: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance guest interaction and service flow.
  • Driving Upselling: Encourage the team to recommend starters, desserts, and add-ons during guest interactions.
  • Increasing Wet Sales: Ensure quick drink orders and support the team during peak times.
  • Effective Checkbacks: Empower team members to confirm guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Celebrating Success: Recognize and share great performances to build a motivated team culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and support your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audit and observation activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
  • A knack for generating new opportunities through sales and promotions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams to success, including performance management and training.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week based on operational needs. Your role is vital in ensuring we meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards.
