What You'll Do

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support young people with their daily routines.
• Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult in their lives.
• Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence.
• Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day.

Working Pattern

Your work will involve a shift rota, with each shift lasting 24 hours (including paid sleep-in time). You will typically complete two or three shifts in a row, working a mix of weekdays and weekends. Overtime opportunities are available if you wish to earn more!

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it).
• Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required).
• Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
• Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
