Your Role

As the Supervisor Plus, you will be the main point of contact for your team, driving operational success and maintaining high standards across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and that tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Support the team in managing fluctuating guest demands while maintaining top-notch operational standards.
  • Primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Coach and develop your team to achieve key targets, such as upselling and promotions.
  • Conduct CAFF audits and other departmental audits to ensure compliance.
  • Drive add-on sales and ensure all stock is available for guests.
  • Monitor guest experiences and capture feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Champion communication within your area, ensuring that key messages are effectively delivered.
  • Build strong relationships across the resort and support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Beyond Accommodation

As a Supervisor Plus, you will also play a vital role in our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Your focus areas will include:

  • Food Safety: Lead by example in applying food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance guest interactions and service flow.
  • Sales Growth: Encourage upselling of starters, desserts, and beverages.
  • Checkbacks: Ensure timely checkbacks to confirm guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Celebrating Success: Recognize and share team achievements to foster a positive culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audit and compliance activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
