Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations, with the ability to lead safeguarding practices.
  • Experience managing staff teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and resilience.
  • A genuine passion for children’s homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
