Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations, with the ability to lead safeguarding practices.
- Experience managing staff teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and resilience.
- A genuine passion for children’s homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
