About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you’ll support the team, take charge of daily operations, and help us not just meet, but exceed our performance goals. You’ll own the atmosphere and guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels right at home.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose: Assist in taking ownership of the restaurant, driving performance, hitting goals, and keeping the vibe alive.
- Build Your Dream Team: Train, coach, and motivate your crew to not only meet standards but to surpass them.
- Achieve Targets: Own your KPIs, support the team, and ensure every shift delivers excellence.
- Keep Operations Smooth: Manage the admin side — from rosters to stock, ensuring everything behind the scenes is solid.
- Create Memorable Experiences: Help turn first-time guests into regulars with moments that keep them coming back.
