Position: Teacher
Contract: Part-time, 15 hours per week (2 days), term time only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,590 pro rata

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. If you have experience working across Key Stages 3 & 4 and are ready to guide students with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum—especially in Functional Skills Maths and/or English—we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive in their educational journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
- Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
