Your Role and Responsibilities
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our pupils, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Reception Duties:
- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
- Manage the school’s shared calendar and maintain accurate school information.
- Ensure visitor safety by managing sign-ins and issuing badges.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage internal and external correspondence.

Administrative Support:
- Assist the Headteacher and management team with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Input and manage data on our MIS platform, Ed:gen, and CPOMS.
- Organize meetings and maintain the school diary.

Attendance Monitoring:
- Track and report on pupil attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate with parents regarding absenteeism and attendance expectations.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head and Headteacher on attendance strategies.

- A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Ed:gen and CPOMS.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
