This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious quantitative researcher to provide senior analytical leadership for the DATAMIND-Observatory. You will be at the forefront of accessing novel, high-quality UK mental-health data assets and will drive methodological innovation, leading a team of researchers and overseeing analytics that enable industry partners to optimise mental-health trials in the UK. This is a collaborative role, working closely with the project lead, project manager and partners across the Mental Health Goals programme.

You will apply advanced analytical methods to generate high-quality real-world evidence, build deep expertise in key UK data assets, and lead structured assessments of their quality and readiness. You will produce analysis plans that are robust, reproducible and trusted by both technical and non-technical stakeholders, set the standard for good analytic practice, and help shape the strategic and methodological direction of the Observatory.
