Your Role
As the Supervisor Plus, you will be the main point of contact for your team, ensuring that operational standards are met and compliance is high. You’ll be the hands-on driver of success, reporting directly to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by guiding your team to meet objectives.
- Primarily cover accommodation on intake days (Monday and Friday) while flexibly supporting other departments throughout the week.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards across various departments.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance the guest experience.
- Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Working Conditions
This role requires flexibility, particularly on Mondays and Fridays, with the possibility of additional support on other days based on operational needs. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our guests receive an amazing experience every time they visit.
