As the main point of contact for your team, you will drive success through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Lead the Team: Be the operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee standards and compliance across the department, including CAFF audits and other departmental checks.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and NPS, taking action to ensure a quality experience.
- Coach and Develop: Support your team in achieving key targets, including upselling and promotions.
- Communicate Effectively: Be the champion of communication, ensuring that key messages from management are delivered and understood.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
Key Focus Areas Outside of Accommodation
In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) by:
- Championing Food Safety: Lead by example in applying food safety and hygiene standards.
- Delivering a Warm Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Coaching the Team: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance guest interaction and service flow.
- Driving Upselling: Encourage the team to recommend starters, desserts, and add-ons during guest interactions.
- Increasing Wet Sales: Monitor service flow and support the team in boosting beverage sales.
- Effective Checkbacks: Empower team members to ensure guest satisfaction through timely checkbacks.
- Celebrating Success: Recognize and share great performances to build a motivated team culture.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to coach and support your team in achieving objectives.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Experience with audits and compliance checks.
- Guest-Facing Experience: Proven ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
- Sales Experience: A track record of generating new opportunities through promotions and initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Adaptability: Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Working Conditions
The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) and will work flexibly across departments as needed. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational standards and guest experiences are consistently high.
