Your Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for students and staff. Your daily tasks will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas, including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal spaces to a high standard.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and wet mopping hard floors to ensure surfaces are spotless.
• Emptying bins, replenishing consumables like hand soap and towels, and managing waste disposal correctly.
• Following COSHH guidelines and health and safety procedures, using appropriate PPE and colour-coded equipment.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns promptly to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school, office, or commercial environment.
• You understand health and safety practices, including COSHH regulations and the safe use of cleaning equipment.
• You’re reliable, thorough, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
• You can work independently while being a supportive team member.
• You’re comfortable following cleaning schedules and maintaining attention to detail.
