As the main point of contact for your team, you will drive operational success and ensure our high standards are met every day!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Be the hands-on leader ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching & Development: Support and mentor your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits in accommodation and other departments to maintain compliance and high standards.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
  • Communication Champion: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.

Focus Areas

As a Supervisor Plus, you will also play a vital role in our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Buffets

  • Food Safety: Lead by example in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Welcoming Environment: Ensure guests receive a friendly and personalized welcome.
  • Team Development: Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance team performance.

Bars & Shops

  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
  • Queue Management: Proactively manage guest flow to minimize wait times.
  • Stock Control: Maintain strong stock practices to ensure availability without overstocking.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Exceptional Service: Model outstanding service behaviors for the team.
  • Upselling: Encourage the team to recommend starters and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Checkbacks: Ensure timely check-ins with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and support a team in achieving objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high standards and compliance.
  • Guest-Facing Experience: Comfortable handling a variety of guest queries and complaints.
  • Sales Experience: Ability to generate new opportunities through promotions and initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
