Your Role

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Support young people with their daily routines.
  • Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult in their lives.
  • Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence.
  • Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day.

No two days will be the same, and while experience with children or young people is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one!

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills—both listening and speaking.
  • A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).

  • A competitive salary of £12.79 - £14.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
  • A sleep-in allowance of £64 per night.
