Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the hands-on operational driver of success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and that tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Coaching and supporting your team to meet key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
  • Monitoring compliance and maintaining high standards across the department.
  • Capturing guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
  • Conduct audits and drive compliance in accommodation and other departments.
  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards in our Buffets, Bars, and Restaurants.
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
  • Coach and develop your team to foster a positive and motivated work environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • A strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on intake days (Monday and Friday) but will work flexibly across departments throughout the week. This role may require additional support outside of these days based on operational needs.
