Your Role
As the Supervisor Plus, you will be the main point of contact for your team, driving operational success and maintaining high standards across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you will:
- Ensure daily operational plans are executed effectively.
- Coach and support your team to meet key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
- Be hands-on in various departments, primarily focusing on accommodation during intake days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining high operational standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Foster a culture of food safety and hygiene in our restaurants.
- Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to every guest.
- Coach your team to enhance their skills and confidence in guest interactions.
- Drive upselling initiatives and monitor service flow during peak times.
- Celebrate team successes and create a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
- A strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
- A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions
The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your role will adapt based on operational needs, ensuring our guests always receive top-notch service.
