Join Our Team as a Supervisor Plus!

Are you ready to take on an exciting new role at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus position is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards and compliance across our department. You’ll be the hands-on operational driver of success, reporting directly to the Manager.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, managing tasks and objectives effectively.
  • Support our accommodation team primarily on intake days (Monday and Friday) while flexibly working across departments throughout the week.
  • Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive key targets like add-on sales and promotions.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading the team to work effectively on key tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching team members to achieve departmental targets, such as retail upselling.
  • Conducting CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
  • Driving add-on sales and ensuring stock availability for guests.
  • Monitoring guest experiences and capturing feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Building strong relationships across the resort and supporting team development throughout the employee lifecycle.

Focus Areas Outside of Accommodation

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support operational excellence in our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

1. Food Safety Champion

  • Lead by example in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure team compliance with procedures, including temperature checks and allergen management.

2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience

  • Greet guests with a friendly, personalized welcome that reflects the Butlin’s brand.
  • Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally.

3. Coaching & Developing the Team

  • Provide on-shift coaching to enhance team confidence and capability.
  • Support new team members with training on service standards and guest interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Completion of audits in accommodation and other departments.
  • Team training compliance across all areas.
  • Guest NPS and feedback improvements.
  • Retail spend and effective stock processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach a team.
  • Is detail-oriented and experienced in guest-facing roles.
  • Can generate new opportunities through sales and promotions.
  • Communicates effectively at all levels and adapts quickly to changing requirements.
