Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Reporting to the Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operational plans, making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on accommodation during our busy intake days on Monday and Friday, but you'll also have the flexibility to support various departments throughout the week. Your mission? To ensure our guests receive nothing short of an amazing experience!

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Be hands-on in guiding your team to achieve key tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching: Mentor your team to hit targets, such as retail upselling and promotions.
  • Audits: Take charge of CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Feedback Management: Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Team Communication: Ensure effective communication between management and your team.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
  • People Support: Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks.

Key Focus Areas

1. Food Safety Champion

  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest food safety standards.
  • Ensure all team members follow correct procedures for food handling and hygiene.

2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience

  • Greet guests with a friendly and personalized welcome.
  • Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally.

3. Coaching & Developing the Team

  • Provide on-shift coaching to build team confidence and capability.
  • Support training for new starters on service standards and guest interactions.

  • Guest-Facing Experience: Proven ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.

  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
