- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it)
- Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)

At Budwood, we value our team and offer a range of benefits, including:
- Comprehensive training to support your development
- Up to 6 weeks' holiday per year
- A company pension scheme
- £64 per night sleep-in allowance
- All meals provided while on duty
- Access to the Exchange Employee Discount Scheme
- Wellbeing support through the Exchange Provision
- Career progression opportunities
- Monthly clinical and professional supervision, plus access to therapeutic support
If you’re passionate about building a meaningful career supporting young people, we would love to hear from you! Apply now and become part of a team that makes a real difference every single day. We also welcome applications for casual bank roles.
