Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the hands-on operational driver of success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and that tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Coaching and supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Driving key targets such as add-on sales and promotions.
  • Conducting audits to maintain high standards across various departments.
  • Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards in our Buffets, Bars, and Restaurants.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
  • Coach and develop your team to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve their experience.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • A strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with ease.
  • A proven track record of driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) and will work flexibly across departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in ensuring our guests receive an amazing experience, no matter the day!
