We’re on the lookout for caring and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our Southampton team. Every day will be unique, and you'll play a vital role in supporting young people, building positive relationships, and helping them reach their full potential. You don’t need extensive experience—just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one.

Your Role in Our Team

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support young people with their daily routines
• Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
• Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
• Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but we welcome those who are new to this field. We’ll equip you with all the training and support you need to thrive in this role.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
• A friendly demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
• A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
