At Brakes Portbury, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic night shift team!
Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours a week.
- Shifts: 19:00 - 03:30, Sunday to Thursday (1 in 5 Fridays with a rest day during the week)
- Pay: £16.60 - £19.90 per hour (inclusive of shift pay)
- Location: Must have own transport and be within commutable distance to BS20 7XN

Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. In our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll experience a variety of tasks, including:
- Picking and packing quality products for our valued customers
- Replenishing stock and loading it onto lorries
- Collaborating with our friendly admin team to ensure every order is processed accurately and swiftly, adhering to health and food safety procedures

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Basic language skills and the ability to perform simple calculations
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
