Your Role

As the main point of contact for your team, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that our high standards are met and compliance is maintained across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Fulfill daily operational plans by guiding your team to meet objectives.
  • Work primarily in accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive key targets.

Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  • Be hands-on in ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships across the resort and support team development throughout the employee lifecycle.

Focus Areas

As a Supervisor Plus, you will also support operational excellence in various areas:

1. Buffets

  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
  • Coach your team to deliver exceptional service.

2. Bars & Shops

  • Support team members in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Drive sales and encourage upselling techniques.
  • Monitor guest flow to reduce queues and enhance service.

3. Restaurants & QSRs

  • Lead by example in food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ensure a friendly, engaging welcome for every guest.
  • Coach your team on upselling and effective checkbacks.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance activities.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with ease.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
