Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help exceed business targets and KPIs.
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports and collaborating with contract team members to analyze results and trends.
• Producing comprehensive commercial reports and reviewing outcomes with the team.
• Conducting physical measurements of works and ensuring agreement with clients and subcontractors.
• Managing the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts while monitoring against forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
• Have experience in a similar role.
• Are confident with IT, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
