Your Role: A Satisfying Challenge

As the leader of our site facilities engineering team, you’ll oversee our Aylesford and Dagenham sites, ensuring our plant, equipment, buildings, and facilities are top-notch for both clients and colleagues. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

• Conducting audits, inspections, and health and safety assessments
• Managing capital planning and contractor relationships
• Developing maintenance and project delivery plans
• Driving continuous improvement in site performance

What You Bring to the Mix

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a solid engineering and compliance management background. Here’s what you need to shine in this role:

• Management experience in an FMCG or logistics operation
• A proven track record of enhancing performance in planned maintenance and asset management
• Project management expertise, including knowledge of CDM, GMP, 5S, and TPM
• Strong budgetary control skills
• Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities
• Experience managing key systems such as fire prevention, water, air supply, refrigeration, electricity, and dock doors
