Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct audits and maintain high standards across various departments, including accommodation, buffets, bars, and restaurants.
- Coach and Develop: Support your team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving key targets like add-on sales and promotions.
- Monitor Guest Experience: Capture guest feedback, manage NPS, and take action to enhance satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans efficiently.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
Key Focus Areas

- Food Safety: Champion the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across all venues.
- Guest Experience: Create a warm, welcoming environment where families feel comfortable and well looked after.

Working Conditions
This role primarily covers accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday), with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your commitment to maintaining high standards will ensure our guests receive an amazing experience every day.
