As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating team tasks and objectives to meet fluctuating guest demands.
- Primarily covering accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Be hands-on in ensuring your team works effectively across all key tasks.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.
Focus Areas
In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Buffets
- Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
- Oversee food quality and timely replenishment.
- Coach your team to enhance their skills and confidence.
Bars & Shops
- Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
- Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.
- Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.
Restaurants & QSRs
- Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
- Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
- Coach your team to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching.
- Strong attention to detail for audit and compliance activities.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
- A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
