As the main point of contact for your team, you will drive operational success and ensure our high standards are met every day!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effectively executing key tasks and objectives.
• Coach and develop your team to meet departmental targets, including retail upselling and promotions.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with our high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
• Build strong relationships across the resort and support the team throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

• Food Safety Champion: Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
• Coaching & Developing the Team: Provide on-the-job training and support to build confidence and capability.
• Driving Sales: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety legislation and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with professionalism.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus role primarily covers accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday), with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your hands-on approach will ensure that our guests receive an amazing experience, no matter where you are!
