Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will:

• Ensure daily operational plans are executed flawlessly.
• Coach and support your team to meet key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
• Monitor compliance and maintain high standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be the hands-on operational leader, guiding your team through key tasks and objectives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards in accommodation and other areas.
• Drive sales and promotions while ensuring stock availability for guests.
• Capture and act on guest feedback to enhance their experience.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and support team development throughout the employee lifecycle.

Focus Areas

Your role will also involve supporting various departments, including:

Buffets

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
• Coach your team to deliver exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.
• Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
• Coach the team on upselling and effective checkbacks.
• Celebrate team successes to foster a positive culture.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a welcoming environment for guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Supervise team members and promote guest participation.
• Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety procedures.
