Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Develop and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and nursery policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Experience in a similar role within an early years setting.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
