As the main point of contact for your team, you'll ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets.
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining high operational standards.
• Being hands-on in various departments, especially during peak intake days on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Lead your team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Focus Areas

Your role will extend across various departments, including:

Accommodation

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve experiences.

Buffets

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for families.
• Coach your team to maintain food quality and presentation.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Reduce queues and ensure efficient service.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Promote upselling of starters and desserts.
• Ensure timely checkbacks to confirm guest satisfaction.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.

Sports & Activities

• Lead engaging sports and activities sessions for guests of all ages.
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach your team.
• A keen eye for detail to support audits and compliance.
• Experience in guest-facing roles and handling queries or complaints.
• A track record of driving sales and promotions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
