About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you’ll support the team, take charge of daily operations, and help achieve performance goals. Your mission? Ensure your team doesn’t just meet expectations but crushes them! You’ll own the operations, atmosphere, and guest experience, creating a welcoming space for both guests and team members.

• Support Like a Leader: Take ownership of the restaurant, drive performance, hit goals, and keep the vibe alive.
• Help Build a Dream Team: Train, coach, and motivate your crew to exceed standards.
• Hit Those Targets: Own your KPIs, support the team, and ensure every shift delivers results.
• Keep Everything Running Smooth: Manage the admin side, from rosters to stock, ensuring everything is solid behind the scenes.
• Make Every Guest Feel Special: Turn first-timers into regulars with memorable experiences.
