As the main point of contact for your team, you’ll ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets.
  • Ensuring compliance and high standards across the department.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, your role will include:

  • Being hands-on in operational tasks and objectives.
  • Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Driving add-on sales and promotions.
  • Coaching your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintaining a focus on food safety and hygiene.

Focus Areas

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Buffets

  • Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
  • Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
  • Coach and develop your team to enhance their skills.

Bars & Shops

  • Support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive sales and maximize revenue through effective coaching.
  • Monitor guest flow to reduce queues and enhance service.
  • Maintain strong stock practices and brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Deliver a warm, engaging dining experience.
  • Coach your team on upselling and guest interactions.
  • Celebrate team successes and foster a positive culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles and handling queries.
  • A knack for generating sales opportunities and promotions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams to success.

Working Conditions

This role primarily covers accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in managing fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards.
