We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London. If you have 2-3 years of management experience and a strong background in supporting young people aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs, we want to hear from you!

Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure safeguarding and promote the welfare of each child, maintaining robust systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor staff, organize work patterns, and implement care plans and safeguarding procedures effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
